Cancellation Policy
We appreciate a 24 hour notification of any change in your appointment, otherwise a charge of 50% or voiding of gift certificate.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment, giving you time to fill out any paperwork needed for your appointment.
Children
For the safety of your children and the courtesy of our guests, children are not permitted in salon or spa (unless receiving services).
